Hayk Daveyan has a wide range of experience in working with governmental institutions dealing with educational data analyses and quality assurance. He was engaged in various educational research and development projects related to sectoral qualification frameworks, key performance indicators system development and introduction for higher education institutions, assessment system improvement, introduction of inclusive education system in Yerevan etc..
Hayk holds a master’s degree in educational measurements from Higher School of Economics, (Moscow, Russia). Currently he is a PhD student at the Armenian State Pedagogical University. The scope of his research includes issues related to inequality of educational achievements, evidence based educational policy and educational quality assurance.
